Shipping and Return Policy

Most orders are shipped the same business day if placed before 1pm EST. There is no handling charge for any size order.  For orders over $50 we offer FREE standard shipping to any US address. (Excludes Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands). All orders under $50 are charged a $6.95 flat rate for shipping. We offer the following expedited shipping options:

2nd business day delivery - only $19.99 for any size order;

Next business day delivery - only $29.99 for any size order.
 
* Please note that the day of placing order is NOT counted.

For example, if you placed your order on Tuesday before 1 pm EST with a 2nd business day delivery option, your package is supposed to arrive by the end of Thursday of the same week.

International (outside the US)

Shipping charges are based on a flat rate. For International shipments we use USPS Priority International and Global Priority mail. Priority International mail takes at least 1 week to arrive. Global Priority mail takes at least 2 weeks.  However, it might take longer to arrive to some locations.  Rip Line does not control shipping timeframes and will not discount shipping charges for delayed arrivals.

Canada USPS Priority International: $23.95 Flat Rate

All Other Countries: $38.95 Flat Rate

Also, we strongly advise international customers to check with their local post office if there are any fees and/or taxes for parcels from abroad. All local fees and taxes are CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

Sales Tax
Based on the recipient's mailing address, 6% sales tax will only be collected in the state of Florida.

Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us. This e-mail will contain your order number. If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted via e-mail or phone to resolve the issue.


Rip Line Return Policy
At Rip Line, your satisfaction is our first priority. We offer a 21 day return policy on all merchandise returned in brand new, saleable condition, namely shoes or apparel HAVE NOT been worn.  Rip Line will not reimburse original shipping charges unless the order is incorrect or damaged as a result of our error.
